Today is the anniversary of the beginning of the Second World War. Here to mark the occasion, let’s have a look at one of the more moving moments of Michael Moore’s “Capitalism: A Love Story,” the segment about President Roosevelt’s call for a “Second Bill of Rights,” which has not yet come to fruition:
